If you don't enjoy having to wait for a particular day to roll around to enjoy a senior discount at your current New York City supermarket, switch to Trade Fair.

At Trade Fair Supermarkets, every single weekday is a senior discount day if you're at least 65 years old. You will, however, only be allowed to use the discount between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., but it's a small inconvenience compared to having to wait a whole week at other supermarkets.

Remember to bring an ID with you to prove your age whenever you want to take advantage of a senior discount.
