What is the Target Cartwheel and How Does It Work?
Cartwheel is a program that offers discounts at Target. It can be used through the Target app on your smartphone or you can select offers after signing into your Facebook account, Google+, or your Target.com account on the Cartwheel website.
To redeem your offers, simply go to My Cartwheel and get your discount barcode. Present it in-store for the cashier to scan (up to 4 items per cartwheel offer in one transaction).
